I asked them to cleaned and they never touch at all and they came out and provide polish and the floor was not sufficiently clean. They only thing they did is to wipe the top and not wipe down the oven and the counters. The windows are still dirty."

"I do not recommend. When the girls at this cleaning company vandalize my property because I complain about inconsistencies and subpar job about basic cleaning like floors, dusting, and wiping appliances. When Henry told me all of what they do when he came to my house, it did not happen by his cleaners. It took multiple and multiple times, a supposed manager to come and a firing which I hired back. I asked for a new cleaning crew and that did not happen. There were times it was fine but this last time they destroyed my items with liquid foundation. They destroyed my children s belongings. There was makeup behind doors and on my husbands treadmill. It was on my sons duvet corner, his stuffed animal and my newborn bassinet. This is expensive pottery barn and uppababy stuff. The way it was setup was to frame my son because of it was in his room on his sheep he sleeps with every night and duvet. The duvet was an adult handprint. If it was my son who sleeps with the stuffed animal and the duvet it would be a mess, all over sheets, him, his bed, pjs. It was one adult handprint on the lower left corner. There was makeup on the floor of his bathroom that they supposedly cleaned and my child had a child proof knob so he can t get in there bc he is not potty trained yet and he takes baths in my room. The problem with their story is my son was not home. There was makeup on areas he could not reach like a light plate, the treadmill, too high on doors. The girls were in every part of my home where the makeup was. If anyone knows a toddler they are messy and leave a war path of there distraction. This was in random isolated locations. I used the bassinet with my newborn that morning. I am on maternity leave and have a ring security system. When Henry agreed it was not my son he had the nerve to say someone was in my house before them. Really? If someone was in my house they would steal stuff and not put makeup in random spots. Henry kept defending the girls by saying they don t carry makeup, they didn t do it. Well are you with them? No. Could they used mine since they are in my bathroom? Come on. When I asked him to replace the items that were damaged, I sent him links of them. He refused. He said to me multiple times it s not a big deal, it washes out well it didn t wash out. It ruined my belongings and it goes beyond that. It was the purposeful malicious act that is the problem. By definition this is chrominance mischief and they should be ashamed. To not take accountability or apologize and say it s not a big deal is pretty messed up. I filed a police report."

"We had this company clean our home a few times before with no issue. Our latest house cleaning left me heartbroken. We trusted the crew that came into our home and discovered the damage done. First, the tv in our bedroom was broken. You can see in the attached images where they cracked it. We brought it up, that it seemed like an object struck it and thought it was a mop or broom. The manager we spoke to insisted that they did not use brooms or mops in the house. Not sure why he would lie. As you can see in the Ring picture, the crew member is sweeping our entryway with a broom. Second, they broke a figurine my father in law brought from a trip to Africa. It was a wedding present to celebrate our nuptials. They broke a leg and didn't even say anything. They just left the leg there. We don't have children and our dog doesn't go in that area. And it's just my husband and I in the house. Third, they scuffed our dining table on the side. Fourth, they claimed they cleaned the house, but we discovered the shower had not been cleaned. They offered to send someone to re-clean the bathroom, but I don't trust these people and don't ever want them in our home. I should inspect the house again because I am sure there is more damage. Not only will they damage your home, but they will also lie to you. Do not trust these people to enter your home."
