He installed storage shelving in our garage, and installed an ADA ramp in my father-in-laws garage as well as patching the flashing around his chimney and repairing the ceiling drywall where a bee infestation in the attic was breaking through. "Did the job in a timely manner and stayed on it until it was done. He took 1 day off on a Sunday due to a blizzard. Not a problem with that. He did all the floor prep including new baseboard and moving furniture and appliances. He also did the floor in both bathrooms which required removing toilets and sink cabinets. One old toilet (1975 model) would not stop leaking at the tank gasket and proper parts are no longer available, so he removed the toilet again and installed a new one I went and bought. He even hauled away the old one along with all other trash. He stuck with original bid."
