"Jonathan fixed the wood rot due to rain getting into my French door. I showed him foundation issues that caused cracks in the ceiling and around doorways throughout the house that would need repair of drywall, sanding and painting. Jonathan advised me to wait a few months after foundation repair to fix these problems. When he returned a few months later, I made a list of other things to repair: window sill paint peeling off, window wood rot due to water, door not closing because the top of the door hit the frame. He took notes and photos and gave a detailed estimate with VERY REASONABLE RATES (I had estimates from 2 other companies to compare) with timeline of when the job would be finished. Jonathan and his crew did a FANTASTIC job! The results are AMAZING (see photos of before and after). The paint matched exactly. They are professional and courteous and cleaned up their work nicely. I strongly recommend Jonathan for quality of services, pricing and speed of job completion. "
