"Ryan came out to do an estimate to repair our roof, which had leaks around some solar panels and skylights. He was professional and courteous. He inspected the locations of the leaks, found some seals that had broken down, and found the rest of the roof was in good condition. In his review he showed pictures of what he found. He said it would take five minutes to apply a new seal in those areas and he'd be happy to do it for free.
