"THP gave me a quick, accurate estimate. They power-washed the entire house, then did prep, and painted my trim... In 1 day! My house has 2 trim colors, a different garage door color, and I asked them to add painting some pillars. They gave me a good price, and their final total was less than the original quote plus a small tip. I noticed one area that was very badly cracking and pealing and did not look very good after they moved on. I mentioned it, and they went back, re-sanded, and repainted to my satisfaction. "They were the only ones I could find who could build the corner appliance garage door. I went through four different people, including the original cabinet guy, general contractor and two other handymen. They found the parts that needed to be ordered, matched the paint and custom built the door. The only room for improvement is that they lost track of my project for a month or so - I believe it was because someone left the company and no one realized this job was incomplete (hence 3 star on customer service).
