"We had damage from water leaking into our attic during this cold and snowy winter. Two other roofing companies could not figure out what was the problem with the roof. ISP quickly diagnosed the problem and knew that the ice dam on the roof had forced water from the melting snow to damage the shingles and leak into the house. They came out right away on an emergency basis before the next approaching storm and removed the ice dam and tarped the roof to prevent further water damage, until it was warm enough to repair the shingles. ISP is the best roofing and construction company I know. They are very knowledgeable and professional, with outstanding customer service. "Luis called me within 2 minutes of my inquiry! Came out to my home within 24 hrs. I have a concrete tile roof, and the 7 of the rake tiles were damaged by a tree too close to the house. The tile manufacturer was no longer in business. Luis located the tiles from a tile "bone yard" purchased 10 of them (in case I might need more, and I was happy to pay for the extra) and my roof was repaired within 1 week. I had been calling other tile roofers for 2 months, without a result. He also resealed one of my chimneys that started leaking with the recent rain. I'm overjoyed!
