There was one afternoon appointment which was missed entirely without a phone call or explanation.  When all is said and done, the fence really sets off our yard and we feel much safer with the locked security screens.

"Although it took about 2 weeks longer than anticipated between the down payment and installation, we are very happy with the gates. We selected a geometric design we saw on another company's web site and Amazing Iron adapted it for our entryway. We chose a finish called Exterior Silver Vein, which is a finely textured silver over black, resulting in a softer color than plain black. The side gates have a matte silver screen so the geometric design shows against it. The fit of the gates is perfect and we love how they look. We also feel more secure with the entry gate, as no one can get to our front door now. Our salesman, Edgar, responds to phone calls, but sometimes not to emails. He didn't always answer our questions and required a second contact. We think he's just very busy, not unresponsive. He suggested using a screen in a contrasting color on the side gates and the result is very attractive. Installation had to be delayed a bit due to some problem at the company, and that was fine with us. Installation went very smoothly and the guys took care to clean up well afterwards. We would have Amazing Iron do more work in the future if we have a need, and we are thinking about asking them to design matching light fixtures for our garage at some point."
