"A very large oak tree had fallen on my garage and caused damage to the roof and gutters. Alex and his crew at Ridge Roofing repaired the damaged gable, soffits and roof. They removed and hauled away all damaged roofing and materials, replaced the entire metal roof, and installed new gutters with covers. They did a great job! They were punctual, completed the work in the time frame estimated, at the estimated price (no surprises!) and didn't leave any mess behind. I would most definitely hire Ridge Roofing again."

Attempts at repair in the past had been unsuccessful with leaks recurring after the repairs were completed. Elite roofing assessed the problems quickly and convinced me they had the ability to fix the problems once and for all. So I agreed to the terms and the workers carried out the repairs in a timely and professional manner, and left the areas very clean when they completed the work. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."
