I truly enjoy it and take pride in the quality of my work. We have seen the progression of Chase Property Maintenance come a long way already and we look forward for more to come. We offer a satisfaction guarantee with a 72-hour "fix it" window as part of every estimate as well as a price negotiable bid in most cases. We offer competitive pricing and don't take shortcuts. We have a small team, but we work with pride, proficiency, common sense and a high standard for a quality of work. Offered Services: General Lanscaping and Lawncare including Mowing, Weed eating, Edging, Hedge Trimming, Yard Clean-up, Garden Bed Weeding, Fabric and Mulch Installation, Application of Pesticide/Herbicide, Installation of Plants and Small Trees, Aerating and Laying Grass Seed, Backfilling and Basic Grading, Sod Installation (We do not deliver sod but we do lay it) and Yard Remodels (To include the Contruction or Installation of Garden Beds, Stone/Rock Walkways, Bordering, Landscape Designs) Pressure washing, and Downed Tree Removal. We will soon be offering basic drainage such as Yard and French Drains. Chase Property Maintenance is allied with a number of other organizations and companies such as mulch yards and dirt/gravel delivery companies. We spray different herbicides for different clients/circumstances. Chase Property Maintenance can offer low rates on downed tree removal compared to most tree companies due to an overall lower overhead and slightly differing insurance as we do not fell trees.
