"They were so nice. I originally wanted a wood fence and the two women that came out to measure mentioned it may not be allowed in my neighborhood. Well I had several other fencing companies come out and nobody mentioned it. Well they saved me a lot time and money because turns out wood wasn't allowed. So we ended up going with vinyl privacy and black aluminum. Once the materials were in they had it installed in two days. It looks so nice. They even took the extra dirt and filled in some spaces because they knew we had dogs. Great people. Made the process so easy. "After several estimates for a driveway gate with automatic opener, I went with American because they could provide me what I needed, a solid wooden driveway gate instead of the standard aluminum other companies proposed. And I am so glad. They actually make the gate themselves so weren't bound by what was out there. From start to finish, they communicated with me and when the work actually started the guy doing it called me, introduced himself, gave me his cell number and told me was starting work by taking down the existing gate and putting in the steel posts. I told him I appreciated the heads up since I'd need to board my large dogs. He said no need to to that, he'd put up a temporary gate. I appreciated it but thought, I'd better make arrangements anyway since it would probably be the mesh type stuff my dogs could bust through or jump with ease. I got home and found hard wire fencing stapled to either side of the fence opening and six feet high. Totally secure. Did anyone really provide customer service like this anymore? Well they do at American Fence and Gate. For the next 3 days, my gate guy Ray, took down that fence, did his work and put it back up when he left, until the wood was installed on the steel frame and the job was completed. He even put my garbage can back inside the temporary fencing for me since I'd had to haul it through the house to be left out on the curb that morning. I had given up hope of ever dealing with people like this, but Milton, Eunice and Ray put their customers first. Restored my faith. Thank You."

"Denny and his guy's at Newimprove Paint & Remodeling Co. where there every morning like clockwork until the jobs were complete. Outstanding communication and coordination. He picked up materials from HD that I'd ordered and absolutely had a game plan upon arrival. The trim carpentry / board n' batten in the baths were beautiful. Real craftmanship. Also gave me options associated with work that involved other trades. In one instance, I was concerned about repairing and/or replacing a couple of walls following partial demo. When they finished mudding, taping sanding (repeat) the drywall was even, consistent and smooth as glass. I hope to get them back in the Fall for some exterior work!"

"Chaz and Sheila were wonderful. Chaz is honest and doesn't take on a job that he cannot safely perform to a high quality. After reviewing my list of requests, Chaz and Sheila performed research to find the best options for my situation. Chaz could not do the garage header as it was a 2 man job, but he was so helpful providing other options. I completely appreciate Chaz for not taking a job he couldn't complete well. Chaz and Sheila were always responsive and punctual. Chaz hung 3 sets of new shutters for me, he removed an old squirrel baffle and installed a new replacement, and he repaired wood rot on an exterior door. Chaz and Sheila also gave me estimates on replacing my front porch columns and rails due to wood rot. I didn't have that job done at this time but will look at those options in the future. I love that Chaz prays with his clients before he starts work. Chaz and Sheila deliver high quality handyman work at a great price. I will definitely be calling on Chaz again."
