"I recently had the pleasure of working with a Repair Pros to repair the handrails on my wheelchair ramp. The service was excellent from start to finish. Hamilton Forrest was knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to assess the issue and provide me with a written estimate for the work. They were also very understanding of my wife's needs as someone who uses a wheelchair, making sure that any repairs made would be safe and accessible. The repair itself went smoothly, with the workers and Mr. Forrest arriving on time. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess behind. I was very impressed by their attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service. Overall, I highly recommend Repair Pros for anyone in need of repairs or maintenance on a wheelchair ramp. They take pride in ensuring that each repair meets the highest standards of safety and accessibility. Thank you for your exceptional work!"

"I put in two requests-for-quote on Tuesday 15 January. Within hours, Mr. Handyman of Richmond responded to my requests--and to this date the other two have not. The description by the telephone receptionist impressed me from the beginning: one company, not a contractor with subcontractors, recognizable to any homeowner and recognized in the industry. I accepted the quote, because frankly I was in a hurry to get the job done. The technician did the first job within hours. This included driving out to buy new doorknobs and deadbolts, plus a key-lockable and re-key-able front-door latch and deadbolt set. At the end of the job I had doorknobs that would stay on without coming off in my hand (as the originals did--twice), and four doors all on the same key. I also had a new deadbolt on the garage door and a front door that I could double lock. While he was here I asked him to see to a seam that had opened in some drywall, and remounting a toilet paper dispenser in a bathroom. The second job he finished in about five minutes; the first he agreed to come back for. On the second day he called his office to have them call me--this because I was too far away to hear him knock. So when I let him in, I suggested now would be a good time to install a wireless door chime and ringer set, and to repair a front-porch fixture I had never been able to unscrew. Note: I suggested these extra jobs; he did not push them on me. Except for my having to make two trips to a nearby hardware store to buy some batteries, he did all the work in record time. And because one of these jobs required letting some drywall mud dry before sanding, he was able to complete all these jobs at very little extra charge--because his company charges by the man-hour and materials, whatever the job happens to be. By using his time effectively and efficiently, I saved. The results are everything I could ask for, and getting all these jobs done is a special boon, particularly since I'm planning a long road trip. If I run across any other little thing that needs doing, I'll definitely call Mr. Handyman of Richmond first. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone having a little project."

"Terry and his nephew did an outstanding job in rebuilding my back staircase. They arrived at 8:00 AM and were finished at 12:45 PM. The finished product is wonderful. Should I need any additional work performed for the deck or porch, I know who to contact. Thank you Terry."

"Coastal Decks, LLC did such a professional job. Start to finish they reached out to me, coordinated times and they did the job that the lazy Lowe's "professionals" refused to do. A+ effort."

"I highly recommend this business very professional met the needs that was needed. Please support this business you will not be disappointed."

"Trent and his crew were all very professional and did an amazing job. Our addition had been started by another contractor several years ago but never completed. Trent made sure everything was properly done and if it wasn't his crews fixed what needed to be fixed until it was done right. After correcting the things that needed fixing they laid all the flooring, tiled the shower, finished the plumbing, HVAC, and wiring, put in the fixtures, painted, built a deck and enlarged our driveway , put in new gutters and gutter guards and some other stuff. The work is too notch and we wholeheartedly recommend them. Their customer service was also great. We have already hired them to do some painting, carpeting and repair work in the main house part of it to start in the fall and the rest early next year per our time frame on when we want the work done. Definitely a great company to work with and highly recommend."

"Very professional. Work done in a timely manor. He went over and above to do the work as stated in the contract. As a result of his good work I will be using his company to do more needed work at my home. I would not hesitate to recommend his company to any friends, family or neighbors. He is thoughtful, courteous and respectful. I am so happy that I chose his company for my needs. Sorry I don’t have any photos of before and after the repairs were made."

"Our deck was sloping and Benny came right out to inspect the deck. We discussed and he went over exactly what needed to be done to repair the deck, provided an estimate and he and his crew did an excellent job! It was a seamless process. I highly recommend BMF Contracting!"
