"Lee is the owner of this company and he is very professional and personable. He shows up every single day and does his best at all times. He is very knowledgeable so he can handle just about any task asked of him in regard to remodeling or improving your home. He completely remodeled 3 of my bathrooms, a large kitchen, replaced my front door, my back door and my garage door. He also installed hardwood flooring throughout an entire level of my home. He Has done outdoor painting as well as indoor painting. He is very detail oriented and has great pride in his work, so he does a beautiful job. I am very happy with everything he has done for me. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and I would use his services again for anything I needed handled in my home. I consider myself very fortunate to have found Lee. "Our roof was supposed to last 30 years but, because of hurracanes and all our trees eventually coming down it was damaged and the company we'd used did an inadequate job repairing it. We also got more damage later from more storms and BMF showed up right on time. Isaac and his crew fixed that and after 3 other estimates we decided to replace the whole roof though it was only 20 years old. Again, BMF came to our rescue with a reasonable estimate and shortly thereafter reroofed our house and garage, using new shingles able to withstand high winds, also straightening up a problem with leakage around part of our gutter system that had become apparent in the last few years during heavy downpours. They knocked the job out in two days, cleaned up all the debris and couldn't have been more professional. I believe this time we finally found a contractor who did it right and we won't be fooling around with random leaks or tiles blowing off when the hurracanes, hailstorms or falling branches come again as they surely will. Thanks to Issac, Monty and the rest of the BMF crew, we finally have peace of mind at a reasonable cost. I highly reccomend this company, for repairs or replacement, they did a swell job."

"I put in two requests-for-quote on Tuesday 15 January. Within hours, Mr. Handyman of Richmond responded to my requests--and to this date the other two have not. The description by the telephone receptionist impressed me from the beginning: one company, not a contractor with subcontractors, recognizable to any homeowner and recognized in the industry. I accepted the quote, because frankly I was in a hurry to get the job done. The technician did the first job within hours. This included driving out to buy new doorknobs and deadbolts, plus a key-lockable and re-key-able front-door latch and deadbolt set. At the end of the job I had doorknobs that would stay on without coming off in my hand (as the originals did--twice), and four doors all on the same key. I also had a new deadbolt on the garage door and a front door that I could double lock. While he was here I asked him to see to a seam that had opened in some drywall, and remounting a toilet paper dispenser in a bathroom. The second job he finished in about five minutes; the first he agreed to come back for. On the second day he called his office to have them call me--this because I was too far away to hear him knock. So when I let him in, I suggested now would be a good time to install a wireless door chime and ringer set, and to repair a front-porch fixture I had never been able to unscrew. Note: I suggested these extra jobs; he did not push them on me. Except for my having to make two trips to a nearby hardware store to buy some batteries, he did all the work in record time. And because one of these jobs required letting some drywall mud dry before sanding, he was able to complete all these jobs at very little extra charge--because his company charges by the man-hour and materials, whatever the job happens to be. By using his time effectively and efficiently, I saved. The results are everything I could ask for, and getting all these jobs done is a special boon, particularly since I'm planning a long road trip. If I run across any other little thing that needs doing, I'll definitely call Mr. Handyman of Richmond first. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone having a little project."

"Trent and his crew were all very professional and did an amazing job. Our addition had been started by another contractor several years ago but never completed. Trent made sure everything was properly done and if it wasn't his crews fixed what needed to be fixed until it was done right. After correcting the things that needed fixing they laid all the flooring, tiled the shower, finished the plumbing, HVAC, and wiring, put in the fixtures, painted, built a deck and enlarged our driveway , put in new gutters and gutter guards and some other stuff. The work is too notch and we wholeheartedly recommend them. Their customer service was also great. We have already hired them to do some painting, carpeting and repair work in the main house part of it to start in the fall and the rest early next year per our time frame on when we want the work done. Definitely a great company to work with and highly recommend."
