They were punctual, worked hard the whole day, and cleaned up at the end. We were very happy with every aspect of the flooring they installed. The flooring that we had installed was a natural pre-finished select red oak from the Hardwood Outlet in Penfield. The folks there, Oz and Levant, were very helpful and accommodating in helping us choose the flooring that would best fit our needs. We took home numerous samples before making our final selection.
