"Job was done correctly. Team arrived 30 minutes later than 4 hour window. Although they did well there was a bit of a disconnect in communication, as only one person, (the foreman?) spoke any English but not very well. If I use them again in the future, I will insist on having a foreman with a strong command of the English language. After the job was done, I was presented with a certificate of completion indicating all the bullet points about the job that should have been reviewed prior to the work starting. None of these were reviewed. I will also be reviewing this with the vendor."

"Worker came to my house, with one of his young workers. When I met them they were smoking pot in my driveway. Worker took off gutters, downspouts, and even offered to fix a wall in my home. Worker took my money, didn't complete the job. Gutters, downspouts, are still on the ground. The wall is knocked down in my kids room. Worker took off with $1200 and my materials. I called Several times, on all 3 cellphones Dennis Green gave me. BBB Attorney General and Angie List notified. Stay away from this Company. This is the true meaning of finniacial abuse, to single widowed ladies. Disgusting, and criminal "

I do spring and fall yard clean ups, including but not limited to, limb and leaf removal, hedges/tree trimming, bush/small tree removal. I can deliver soil, sand, rock (crushed and round stone) and mulch normally within 2 hours of when needed and can spread if needed at additional cost. Please see Areas of Expertise for further details! Can do over the phone estimates. On site estimates at additional cost DUE TO FUEL COSTS. Cleanups starting at $200 Mulch delivery and spreading available. Topsoil 3 yard minimum delivery and spreading available. Washed or crushed stone $225. (3.5 - 4 ton on average) delivered. "A great experience from start to finish! Five star all the way! The estimate was done by D0nna who was punctual, knowledgeable, experienced and pleasant. Her follow-up communication was excellent. The estimate was detailed and fair. Communications/interactions with owner/managers Steve and Mike were always a positive experience. They are very knowledgeable about the hardwood flooring business and were a pleasure to work with. Installers Charles and Craig were excellent at their craft. They were punctual, worked hard the whole day, and cleaned up at the end. We were very happy with every aspect of the flooring they installed. The flooring that we had installed was a natural pre-finished select red oak from the Hardwood Outlet in Penfield. The folks there, Oz and Levant, were very helpful and accommodating in helping us choose the flooring that would best fit our needs. We took home numerous samples before making our final selection. Like Rochester Hardwood Floors, the Hardwood Outlet is a quality operation. All around, this was a great experience and we are very happy with the quality and value of the finished product. We look forward to recommending Rochester Hardwood Floors and the Hardwood Outlet to family and friends."
