"I had a sump pump problem and needed answers fast. What was very impressive about Berryman is they had a solution for my problem right over the phone. I just texted them a picture of the old sump pump and they got back with me the next day with the solution and estimate of my problem. Everyone else wanted to come out and take a look. This saved so much time, which was important to my problem, because I didn't want my basement to flood any more. Micheal and his son came out to house with everything they need to take care of the problem. What was very impressive is they explained what they were doing, and they did it in a way anyone could understand it. They put in a new brass sump pump and a new jet pump for back up. Not only did this give me peace of mind, but I was very pleased at the price for their service. It was extremely reasonable. I will never use another plumbing service ever again. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. I also want to thank Home Advisory, this was the first time I used them, but it certainly won't be the last....I have written reviews before, but this recommendation is now at the top of my list!!!! Basement Wizard employees were on time and very friendly. Since these employees were not involved in the original inspection and job estimate I showed them the two areas that needed to be repaired and described the problem.  I also pointed out how important it would be to control the dust which I knew would be created during the repair.  I was assured that the area would be enclosed and air cleaners would be used to control the dust.  Upon completion of the repair I was shocked to find that my entire basement was filled with a dust cloud.  Everything in the basement was covered in a layer of fine powder.  I contacted the original estimator (employee) who offered to have the crew return and clean my basement.  I told him that I had no confidence that they would perform an adequate job and I would perform the cleanup myself.  A couple of weeks later after a heavy rain event one of the "repaired" cracks leaked just as it did before the repair.  A second crew (which included a foreman) was dispatched to preform a second repair attempt.  The second crew did a much more professional job and their repair appears to have stopped the leak so far.  My disappointment with Basement Wizard is not with the fact that it took two attempts to complete the repair.  My issue is that I was assured by the original estimator and the repair crew that they would control the dirt and dust during the repair process.  They failed in this promise and I spend many hours cleaning up after them.

Free evaluation (they will come out to test and estimate the repair cost before they start working on it) It went very well. Called 3 other companies on Angie's List, they all either went into voicemail or wanna charge a few hundreds before they even come checking the issues. Will definitely recommend to my neighbors in Highlands."
