Finally the repair estimate was approved and Njord scheduled the repair for the next day at 8AM. The repairman arrived very early dug out around the leaking stand pipe to find the buried PVC supply and secondary pipes and called me just before 8AM to say he was at the hardware store buying all the needed supplies and would be right over.
