"We realized around 4:00 pm that the air flow coming out the vents was weak and not as cold and usual. We called A to Z Heating and cooling soon after we discovered the problem. <br /> We spoke to Derek. He told us he couldn't be there until after 7:00 PM. We told that would be fine.  <br /> At  approximately 7:30 he arrived. He checked the thermostat and shut down the  AC. <br /> We then went to the backyard where the AC is located. It was dark out. He had small flash <br /> light. (Probably doesn?t work in the dark to much). :)  I went and fetched another flash <br /> light. One of us could hold the light so he could use both hands. He first needed to turn off the main power to the AC.  <br /> He attempted to open the cover on the electrical box. It was stuck, really stuck. My husband had painted the house two years ago and had painted the cover shut. (It?s really good paint.) Back to the house to get a box cutter, it worked and the power was turned off. Yeah! <br /> After testing various parts he located the culprit, a capacitor. He replaced it and the old AC was up and running. Hallelujah! <br /> The then drew him into to discussion of seer ratings. He told me my air conditioner even though 15 years old, had a seer (Seasonal energy efficiency ratio) of 13. Which was still being used and is quit efficient. So I didn't need to run out and get a new one. <br /> He was very nice and professional. <br /> P.S. I leave in Fort Collins not Greeley. So you don't have to live in Greeley to avail yourself of their services. <br />"

"Overall, we had a very positive experience with this company. Wayne was excellent to work with. He is very responsive, provided a competitive estimate, and was prepared to begin work right away (per our request). We felt very comfortable moving forward with his company. The painters were also excellent to work with. They were courteous, hardworking, and attentive to our requests, comments, concerns, etc. At first we were not entirely happy with the exterior color and Palmer quickly found a solution. We are very happy with the finished product! Our cabinets look awesome as does the interior paint. Wayne let us know that Palmer was in training and our project was one of his first so we understood when we had to contact Wayne occasionally for additional follow up. Palmer was very friendly and willing to help with anything but we did struggle to get in touch with him at times. That said, Wayne responded immediately if we had trouble. You may take that into consideration when reading any previous reviews about the company's responsiveness. Overall, each of the employees working with this company was kind and hardworking and our house looks great- interior, exterior, and deck. "By Jan of 2012, quite a bit of caulking had shrunken, between the pieces of siding - where the narrow ends meet.   <br />  I contacted Cowboy Jim who said that he purchased caulking and would rectify the issue.  <br /> It's now May of 2012 and no warranty work has been performed. <br /> We had a very mild winter and this work could have been completed in Jan or Feb.  It's May and still no sign of the 2 year warranty."
