He went the extra mile and used better materials in rebuilding our cabinet to make sure if another leak happened again, it would stay contained to the cabinet rather than causing massive damage. He left some things undone, but after 3 days of having the door off the hinge and the cold weather coming in, we decided enough was enough and paid him to end the project. I purchased a second threshold and asked him to re-install, which he did, however, he said that Home Depot didn't handle any larger thresholds. I went to Home Depot and he was correct, however, I went to Lowes and purchased the larger threshold and asked him to install. This was an additional cost of $25 to me."
