"Alex was great!! Came in to give a free quote same day of the call and gave us detailed information about all materials-he even went shopping with us so we would get the right materials!! "I paid for an inspection (required upfront) in December. They didn't come out for an inspection for more than 3 weeks. The guys that came out were really nice and took a lot of pictures and told me about a few issues. Unfortunately, I have not received an inspection report or estimate with those photos and it's been almost 2 months since the inspection. I called them a couple times and was always told someone would call me back..I'm still waiting. I tried one last time today, after waiting a couple weeks, and no one answered. I wasted $250 and have nothing to show for it. I feel like I was scammed."

"This job went very well. I scheduled an appointment with this company by phone and text. All I had to do was tell them the room measurements and they promptly gave me an estimate and time.
