"A tricky project to paint the exterior of over 30 aluminum clad windows including the outside frame, plus a garage interior and some exterior doors. Work was done promptly and with high quality workmanship."

"I had a small job painting trim and a bathroom ceiling. He responded to me the same day and worked me into his schedule within a week. He was professional, kind and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend."

"The University Painters team was so enjoyable to work with. They were prompt, professional, and did an excellent job from set-up to clean up. We will definitely be using them for all our painting needs moving forward. This time we used them for a kitchen project: walls, trim and cabinet sanding and painting. We couldn't be more pleased!"

"Wow, it was fast. They showed up and went right to work. Before I knew it they were finished and the deck looks beautiful. My wife really likes the way it turned out. Professional and friendly. Would recomend them for any painting or staining projects."

"Very happy whit the job I will ? use ochoa contruction for my next project very responsable people and professional I love my new flooring"

"There is not really a good category to chose from, but we hired Ochoa construction to spruce up the exterior of our home. They power washed our fence and siding and repaired the trim of our home and painted it. They also repaired a door and painted it and painted the garage door. Excellent service and at a great price. Would definitely hire them again"

"DnB was good with a complicated job here of using 5 different paint colors and 2 different stain colors all in close quarters, along with three or four areas of drywall that were a mess from prior contractor. Also they met their timing commitment to the very day that they promised arrival (two months prior)."

"OK in general. The work was delayed a lot by the weather. The rotten top two 2x4 beams (10 feet long) were removed and replaced and primer placed on the bare wood during the first visit. That part of the job was excellent. When it came time to paint the new wood, the worked thought he was to do the carpentry work first. He noted it was done and offered to paint the entire trellis. He used a roller then a brush, but it was blue on blue, and I couldn't tell if anything was not painted. However it was clear he did not cover the white primer on the new wood well at all. There were multiple white areas showing. This could not be seen at eye level, but was glaringly obvious as you went up the stairs to our front porch, and was easily seen from the porch. I reported this to the manager, and she sent out a professional to finish the job correctly."

"Work was done on schedule. Price as was quoted. Workers were able and willing. Clean up of area after construction was great. Future work will include staining in three months. I will work with company in the future ."
