"I schedule appointments with several contractors. One was extremely expensive and kept telling me I "NEEDED" to do a number of things or I would not pass inspection. (needed to raise the sprinklers, electrical and a number of other changes. None of it was "accurate" information. (FYI this contractor was a recommendation from a friend and NOT from Angie's List) After meeting with several contractors I decided to go with SFL Property Maintenance. They are great to deal with. The contractor pulled the permits with City of Miami beach (which is a mission) and kept me up to date with what was going on. He would call, leave messages or text to make sure I had status. The work was done quickly and professionally! Inspection passed without issue!! My headache is over! This is my first Angie's List review and I took the time to do it because SFL Property Maintenance did a great job!"
