"The installer and his assistant were excellent, repairing a damaged area of hardwood flooring skillfully, efficiently, and neatly. Communication could have been better, as it took two days to nail down an appointment — despite my open schedule — and the installers were significantly late (arriving at 1:40 P.M. for a 10-11 A.M. appointment) without any form of notice. Overall, I am happy with the work done and would hire them again if the need arose."

"Excellent communication and customer service, Mick is professional, honest, trustworthy and gave a fair competitive price. Windson and Herbert installed my LVP flooring. They were prompt, pleasant and respectful. They did an outstanding job installing my floors - the work is flawless. I highly recommend Footprints Floors - it was a very rewarding experience."

"I’m super happy to say Fernando did an excellent job at repairing our floors. Our floors look like new again. He was on time precise and quick. Delivered what he promised. I will rehire him again for sure and would recommend Fernando to anyone who is looking for floor installation. One he completed the job he did a follow up call to see whether all was ok. Great great great great"
