"Communication regarding scheduling was lax. I was in and out of town for a while and needed to pin down when the work would be performed, a few weeks out. It was difficult to get a specific date. The roofers were pleasant and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves well. Their normal gutter team wasn't available, so they subbed it out. The gutter people left a mess, shards of sharp metal all over the place. Mario and Lisa were very apologetic about that, and the gutter people called to apologize too. Econo sent one of his guys to finish the cleanup. The roof looks great, the gutters look great. I chose them because their price was competitive and because of the Owens Corning premier warranty."

The sealing of the tiles did not stop the leak and I called again. On the 2nd visit, they found more cracked tiles and replaced some paper. They also sealed around my window even though the leak was obviously not from my window. The leaks continued and I gave up on Steven's and called Raindeer again. They were very professional.
