I offered to purchase it from Home Depot or Lowe’s she agreed to come back to replace the old one and install it in 3 days. After she left, she called me back and asked if she can return because she figured out how she could try to fix the toilet with existing parts she had in her truck. She did it. The toilet is functioning better than it did before the problems began! She then returned 3 days later as promised to replace the bathroom faucet, a complicated project because of the cabinet structure that she stuck with and skillfully completed. On a personal note. We bonded once I asked about the name of the company, which her father, who founded the company, named after his Navy ship. My dad also served in the Navy. Barbara kept me regularly posted about when she’d arrive and the progress of the work. She was true to her word. I’d gladly paid her for her excellent work."

He quoted $975, put in a new pump, which cost $165 online, and worked for about an hour or so. I also asked him to replace my bathroom faucet, Chris did the work, but had to come back, as the newly installed faucet was leaking. To sum it up, the work was done, but at a very high price. Customers should ask about the hourly labor cost and materials's price in advance."

Couldn’t be more happier with their service, I do find their price is on the high side, however I would definitely recommend & hire them again as not all plumbers or even pool company would come & hook up existing pump"
