They fixed the problem and reassembled the pipes I had taken apart. Very professional and quality work. If you are looking for fast, quality service I would recommend them."

We loved them, are very impressed with them and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Exceptional work. The job entailed replacing the bathroom vanity. While some others from this list either quoted a price for the work over the phone without even seeing the job, only one other contractor came and provided a quote. However Elite Piping was significantly different, as they pointed out that due to age, there may be problems with the pipes leading to the sink and the job could be move complicated, which it turned out to be. We told them we had picked out a vanity, but upon removal of the old unit, they told us that the one we chose would not be practical and suggested anther style.. They even took us to the supplier, picked up and delivered the new vanity and necessary accessories. No one has ever done that. They finished the job same day. By what they did , the ended up saving us a lot of money."

Barbara showed up on time and was up front about how she planned to fix the problem, any additional costs should the planned approach didn't work, and other alternatives. She was able to fix the leak in 30 mins and we no longer have to worry about water behind the walls."

"They came out on a weekend and we're our saving grace during one of the most frustrating experiences we've had in this house. We couldn't use any plumbing without flooding the basement with sewage, it was early stay at home days, and we felt like we would go mad. They showed up and gave us an price for replacing the broken pipe, and set in to work. They worked for the entire weekend essentially, staying extremely late at night and showing up early the next morning, and at one point driving far out at night to get supplies since their usual local place was closed (again, quarantine time) . The reason it took so long was because after opening up the floor to get to the end of the pipe to replace it they found more damaged pipes, and replaced those as well. By the end of it they had spent the entire weekend on a job they expected to only last an afternoon, had charged us not nearly enough for the amount of work they did, and fixed a leaking bidet we had for free for good measure. They also advised us to do camera scan to look for any other problems, which they couldn't do until the water drained out, and even did an initial mop of the basement (which, remember, sewage flooding). I'm honestly half convinced these people are magic helpful brownies or something, it's unreal how helpful they were! Somehow our drier which has not succeeded in drying clothes for over a year has started working in a single cycle since they left, despite the fact they didn't even do anything with it, and in fact specifically said they don't do driers and offered to recommend someone else when we mentioned it. Suffice to say, I cannot recommend them highly enough"

He went above and beyond to ensure everything was correct that may not have been apart the work he was contracted to perform; such as reconfiguring my water main to one switch while he was installing my filter. Chris is my plumber for life. Highly recommend him."

We called Herber (2nd time ever contacting) and a really nice guy came - I wasnt present - and resolved the clog. He cleaned any mess AND disinfected! He also took the time to open our cess pool valve to check its level and explain the system and how to care for it. Stand up company. The take pride in their work. I’ve been looking for a company to keep loyally. Really happy we found Herber. Reasonable prices. They’re worth it."
