"Let me just prefix this by saying weâ ve had a few bad experiences working with contractors in the past. We had our porch done recently by a separate contractor, and dealing with that company was a nightmare. First off They were able to work the job right away basically, they were there when they said they would be there, on time. "The initial company that I called gave me a quote of $22,000 to replace cast iron piping under my home and in my front yard.
