"The guys came out looked at things gave me an estimate and returned the next day. The young man worked on up til after dark. He was friendly and very respectful with yes mam and no mam. He told me he was going to do this and that and worked consistently. Everything is working like it should I feel so much better since they repaired things. I know if there is a problem I can call and they will be here. Such a great group of Christian people working together to help others. I didn't have to worry about them in my home or their work. "My experience with Chuck and Michael and Son exceeded all expectations! When Chuck arrived, he set clear expectations on what to expect during his time at my home. He was so courteous and personable. He even wore booties to protect my floors without my asking! He was the most thorough technician I have ever had at my home. He put me at ease with his thorough inspection of my electrical system after we experienced issues in our panel. My overall experience was fantastic from the initial call to the completion of the job. He cleaned up after himself. Iâ d give Chuck and Michael and Sons 100 stars if it were an option.
