"I needed a standard size driveway gate with a side panel extension to join up to my neighbor's wooden fence. After high bids from two of the higher ranked companies on Angie's List ($1895.00 & $1400.00), I was convinced I was going to have to install this gate myself.  I tried H & H Chain Link Fencing at the last minute, and am so glad I did. Roger initially scheduled an estimate appointment on a Thursday evening. He called early in the day to ask if we could re-schedule to Saturday morning, as rain had slowed his current project down, and he wanted to get that finished as quickly as possible. He was 10 minutes early on Saturday, and gave me a fantastic bid on a fencing project I was considering (again, a fraction of the other places), and gave me an estimate of the driveway gate, with the promise to call back with the firm price. He did so, calling later that evening. <br /> <br /> Within the day of agreeing to start, Roger was at my house, installing the poles (Wednesday). On the phone, he told me it would be another day until he could get the gates installed, which was fine. Instead, he installed them a day earlier - he looked forward in the forecast, which called for rain through the weekend, and decided to get them done instead of making me wait another 4 - 5 days. <br /> <br /> The gates look and work great, keeping my dogs and kids in the driveway/yard area, and I am so happy with Roger and his work. I highly recommend this gentleman for any fencing project."

"I could not be happier with our fence! James Wolf came out to give me an estimate, and followed up with me. He was very knowledgeable about the differences in the fencing and what I should go with. He knew I was on a time restriction and worked with me as best as he could to get our fence installed in a timely manner. I refer Imperial fence to everyone I hear talking about getting a fence!"

"Bob at AAA did a great job with our electronic fencing. He took the time to educate us on the nuances of the subject, then installed the fencing right on time and on budget. Our dogs figured out the system very quickly, and we haven't actually had to use the electronic collars for a couple of years now. (The dogs still know what boundaries they are not supposed to cross). I would recommend AAA Radio fence to anyone."

"From the start, it was a pleasure to work with the team from Trost Plastics.  The owners, Dennis and Janet, came to our home to take measurements and discuss options with us.  They were very friendly and patient while we asked numerous questions.   They provided recommendations, yet never gave us the hard sell approach.  A period of time passed as we debated about <br /> what fence styles we wanted.  We decided to take a drive to their showroom in Columbia, IL and see the options in <br /> person, rather than just in the brochure.  We were greeted by Andrea, who was very friendly and helpful.  She answered questions for us, and showed us the various fence models.  It was most helpful to look through the books they have, full of pictures of fences installed for previous customers.  We saw a picture of a previous customer?s yard, and finally agreed that we found the fence we wanted for around the pool! <br /> Once we made our two selections (a fence around the pool, plus a separate perimeter fence for the backyard), we then worked with Tim on scheduling the installation.  He was responsive to our phone calls, and was very customer oriented.   We had our <br /> fences installed during a rainy period and he sent his crew out to assess the conditions as he did not want to damage our yard during the process.  He assured us that through this rainy period, they would stay with our job until completion, and he was true to his word.  Once the weather cleared up, the crew was back out to finish.  Upon completion of the installation, we had two small issues to fix.  Tim sent a crew out timely to take care of the fixes, to our satisfaction.  <br /> Finally, we want to specifically acknowledge Terry and Mike, the installers.  Having had the opportunity to meet them, it was apparent that they take great pride in their work.  The fences are sturdy, neatly installed, and the finished product looks awesome!  We are very pleased with the results, and we?ve already received multiple complements on the fences. <br /> We highly recommend Trost Plastics! <br />   <br />   <br /> <br />"

"Weather made it difficult to schedule, and the job was interrupted by weather. However, the finished project looks wonderful. Our crew was personable and eager to do a good job. They were careful to work around the garden, and did not damage any of our plants. Due to the weather interruption, one section of our deck was not completely sealed, but they came back and re-sealed it. We also needed a few boards in the deck replaced, and they did a careful, very professional job, ensuring the new boards were level with the existing deck. We would hire them again. Not the cheapest, and they are very popular, so scheduling can be an issue, but the results were ultimately worth the wait."

"The mark of a great company is how they respond when a customer is not completely satisfied. The rail was installed while I was away from home and when I returned it was not what I expected. I sent an email and got a response the next day. The following day (Saturday) someone was at my house to change what I didn't like. Now, I love it. I don't usually do reviews but Andy's deserves it along with my thanks."
