Weather you have a drain issue or not, this is a preventative maintenance item you should have done !! Power wash not just snake it. "1) The job required Mr Rooter to dig a large hole in my front yard to put in what they called a "Clean out". They had to use a large excavator to dig and refill the hole. The excavator left large ruts i my lawn that were not repaired. 2) The job required Mr Rooter to dig out and replace the cast iron sewer pipes in my basement. The concrete floor had to be busted out and replaced. The concrete repair job was poor quality. I had to call them back to feather/smooth around the rough edges of the fresh concrete. Overall the floor is still rough."

"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way.
