Office staff kept us well informed about the fence installation scheduling. The crew did a excellent job installing the fence and before they left washed down the vinyl fence and completely cleaned up the yard. A few weeks after the install we noticed one gate needed tweaking. They came the very next day and made the adjustment. The quality of their vinyl fence material is well above any other company we received bids from. We would highly recommend this company."

"Chris was one of 4 companies that provided estimates. Although his bid wasn't the lowest, we liked his attitude and professionalism. He was completely upfront about what he could do and what to expect.
Although our deck is only 4 years old, we power-washed it ourselves last year and created a mess with splinters. One of the things we needed done was splinter-reduction. Chris advised us that all wood decks have splinters but that he would do what he could to reduce them. We are satisfied with what was done.
We first got our bid on May 1, 2014. Due to the crazy weather we had in the spring and early summer of 2014, the job was delayed until July 6, 2014. This was not an issue and we completely understood that the work couldn't be done unless there was a no-rain window.
The only issue we had with the job was that the stuff under our deck (we have an under-deck roof) wasn't covered and the muck from the power washing coated everything. I would've preferred to have been warned of this so I could've covered everything. Chris covered everything for the staining portion of the work, so that wasn't an issue.

"Added closed cell spray foam between joists to air seal and insulate, and filled remaining space with fiberglass, and replaced the plywood on the joists in the crawlspace. I had got estimates from 3 companies to compare, I thought theirs was the most thorough solution for the price. I wanted air sealing and a high R value. Estimated a one and a half day job, workers were VERY courteous and professional. They were prompt and hard workers. Answered all my questions and concerns. They worked till dark but the job would need a few hours the next day to finish. There wasn't much room in the crawlspace so it was a tough job. I inspected the nearly finished work. And the crew returned the next morning and worked during a downpour to get it done. My wife paid them that morning. What impressed me most was how they handled a problem I had when I inspected the final part of the work a few days later. I was not satisfied at how the final three pieces of plywood were installed and met the support beam. I'll chalk it up to miscommunication of my expectations. I emailed the support email that night. The next morning the co-owner called me, said he'd get it fixed to my satisfaction. They had a crew back out in a few days and did a great job installing it as I wanted. I was very impressed how they stood behind their work."

I contacted HMR and asked that they provide me with an estimate to remove my existing chain-link fence and install a six foot vinyl privacy fence.  They showed up the same day and gave me, what I considered to be, a very reasonable price to perform the work and provide all the materials. (Much lower than the others)  So I chose HMR.

They scheduled me for the following Saturday.  They arrived at 7 a.m. as scheduled and were finished that afternoon.  I was very impressed with their knowledge and willingness to clean everything up afterwards.  If you're considering a new fence, I would definitely recommend these guys!
