"Charles Rhoden and his team were awesome. When he came to look at the work to be done, I couldn't believe my eyes when he put on something to cover up his clothes and he was into the crawl space in a matter of seconds, closely inspecting the foundation under 2 bathrooms. I believe it was primarily the sills that needed replacing under both bathrooms, as well as a number of other smaller things under the bathroom. There was one primary worker on my job & he was great. He showed up on time several days in a row, worked steadily and was very professional. The one day he couldn't be on the job, he let me know the day before that he had a doctor's appointment the next day. No problem. The work was completed on time, on budget and I was very happy with the work done.
I was getting ready to go to graduate school and had to move out of town.
My house had been converted into a duplex and there was a big area of the floor sagging right in the front entrance of the rental unit. I contacted Charles and he took care of things. Because I didn't have the money to have the job done as it should be done, Charles had a worker come over to stabilize the problem. He poured a concrete base that would support 2"x 6" supports that, with one end on the concrete, they went up and supported plywood. The sub-flooring had rotted out due to water damage. the plywood was placed directly under the sub-flooring / floor and the 2" x 6" supports were put in place on a solid concrete base and the other end was against the plywood. Charles CHARGED ME NOTHING, at all. I couldn't believe it. He said to just think of him the next time I needed any type of foundation work done again.
Charles Rhoden and his team were excellent. The work came in on time, on budget and was done right. What more could you ask for? And then, he charged me nothing for a smaller job, a temporary support that lasted a good 7 or 8 years, when I renovated the house and this part of the sub-flooring was fixed.

"From start to finish the majority of the interaction with power home remodeling was pleasant. William our salesperson was amazing and he taught us a lot about windows and insulation. We waited over 6 months for our front door but our windows were installed on time and we are pleased with them. We had a few hiccups along the way and communication could be improved upon but overall it wasn’t a bad experience. They did do everything within their power to rectify the fact that we had to wait so long for our door. FYI if you are getting windows replaced go with power home, the install went well and the installers cleaned up after themselves. If you are getting doors replaced and you need them right away you may need to shop around to see what the wait time is because you will have to wait awhile. However I will say that the door is of good quality and the installers that installed the door did a great job"

"From the time I filed my insurance claim until we actually had the work performed, I interviewed about 8-10 potential contractors over the course of a few months while waiting to resolve matters with the insurance company and get on someone's calendar. We had a very wet summer and many of the contractors I called were too busy to meet with me or failed to keep their appointments. Although they were also back-logged at the time longer than I initially wanted to wait, it turned out waiting was the best choice I could have ever made. Marcus, foreman David, Katie in the office as well as the entire roofing crew KNOW what they are doing when it comes to a entire roof replacement. Not only that, but they LISTEN to the customer's wants, needs and expectations for the job and go out of their way to meet or exceed these expectations. Unlike some pushy salesmen, Marcus was a true professional and patient with our many questions by taking time to answer all of them and ensure we were satisfied with the plans and contract. Ultimately, we are quite pleased with the finished product and so glad with our decision to use M&C Roofing. Good price, great service and excellent material & labor warranties. Job well done!

"Can't say enough good things about this roofing experience. It was a pleasure from the start with Brandon who did the Initial Inspection, The communication from the Office staff as the Project moved forward. The installers were Timely, Professional and Amazing to watch. The Clean-up at the end of the Day was detailed to the point of using a Magnetic rake to Gather any nails that may have hit the ground during the old Roof removal, and Lastly Karl who was the Job Supervisor During Install. "I recently had all the windows and a glass sliding door
replaced in my home by Dream Home Remodeling. 
This experience was the most positive and easiest remodeling project I
have experienced.  Luis Candela, the owner of the company, came to my home to demonstrate his product, which he did with excitement and pride.  He was so
detailed in his explanation of the benefits of his product and it was obvious
that his windows were far superior to any others that I had seen.  Although his windows were priced higher than the advertised prices of other companies, it was obvious from the beginning of his presentation that his product was better constructed and that Luis would do
anything he could to make the process easy and would go out of his way to make
everything work the way I wanted.  The
installation did end up to be a very easy and quick process.  The installers showed up on time, worked diligently, and finished in one day. 
They were very accommodating by replacing everything they had moved and
cleaning up after completing the work. 
When Luis returned to inspect the results, he was so excited and proud
of how the project had turned out.  He
again explained to me the benefits of these windows over the competition and
the features that made them a superior product. There was one item that I had
initially requested that was not completed to my satisfaction.  He immediately remedied the problem without question, demonstrating his outstanding customer service.  He would not stop until everything was completed to my satisfaction.  I am so satisfied with this experience and with working with Luis, that I plan to use his company in the future to do some remodeling in my kitchen.  I know that I made a positive investment in my
home for now by enhancing the look of my home and saving my energy costs, but
also in the future by increasing the resale value of my home.  I would recommend Dream Home Remodeling with 100% confidence to anyone and look forward to working with this company in the future.
