The gentleman that comes to provide the treatments takes time out of his day to fence off an area of our yard so that our small dogs don't get exposed to the treatments. I was concerned that parts of our sod were getting a little brown, so he sent me a detailed email on how to take care of the problem. "We were very happy with the results. We were looking for some improvements to enhance the curb appeal of our house before we put it up for sale. Ballard sent someone out who looked at the possibilities and made some suggestions which gave us some options we had not considered. We had thought it would be difficult to rip up the concrete sidewalk that was uneven and draining into the house, but they had a way to cut it in pieces and popped them right out! They put a facade and flagstone veneer on our concrete landing and completely changed the first impression of anyone looking at the house. They also put in a sod lawn and cleaned up some brush and a large stump. What a great makeover!"
