"Rene is a total rip off. Paid top dollar for a snap lock standing seam metal roof. The whole process was a nightmare. 2 years after installation the whole roof top has been banging with drip edge lifting 2-3 inches on all sides. Facia is blowing off due to nails pulling out and not a single drop of adhesive or silicon. Soffit has blown off in multiple locations and all surface are warping. Beware he does not stand by his work even with written guarantee of all materials and workmanship. His words are nothing but lies "

He took pictures to back up his diagnosis and came up with a plan to resolve it. "Signed a contract to replace half the roof for $5000 after assurance of no hidden cost and nominal cost for replacing some plywood. Due to rough weather the job was performed 3 weeks after signing. The roofer did not cover the roof with tarp and also spoke to Allstate who denied all my claims for damages. I was billed $1600 in addition to $5000. I have paid the $5000 but I deem the extra billing excessive. I was not informed of the cost for approval. I am willing to come to terms with the contractor and would like Angie’s list to review and work out a compromise. It also points to the level of service offered by the two contractors referred by your company. One bid for $2500 and precision roofing came in at $5000. I signed with Precision because of their assurances as an established company with a fixed cost. It has turned out not to be the case."

"They did an excellent Job 1 day job replacing my roof, installing a rubber part on my roof and re-pointing my chimney. They are extremely professional, they ensured that all the debris ensuring all the nails and residuals were cleaned up around the house. I highly recommend them for any roofing job you may have. Michael's crew came in 1 day (between 8am till around 6:30) replaced the roof cleaned up and did a wonderful job."

"They installed our roof in the pouring down rain. Asked multiple times for them to stop, they did not. Paid for the 50 year warranty. Our roof has flaws now that require repairs especially with the winter months approaching. I reached out on Facebook and within seconds my question was deleted and I was blocked. My wife reached out to Jeff Brett and received a response to now find out that he too has blocked her. This company will not admit to their mistakes nor take the appropriate action to correct them. Call and either they don't answer or we get the run around. On top of all of this they damaged hundreds if not a few thousand worth of my brand new flashing and vinyl siding. This company is not worth their word nor contracts considering they are actively breaking the agreement in which we signed for. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!"
