"Not good. I called to make an appointment for a Saturday estimate. The individual I spoke with asked if I wanted their first appointment on Saturday morning at 8 am to which I said yes. We rearranged our plans to be home for this appointment and I had set my alarm for 7:40 am. As I am walking downstairs at 7:45 am for what is supposed to be an 8 am appointment on a Saturday morning, I see the estimator from Greg Tanzer pulling out of the driveway. I walk outside and my neighbor tells me that this guy just decided to show up early (before 7:30 am), waited around for 15 mins and then left at 7:45 (15 minutes before the appointment is supposed to start). He did all of this without even calling my cell phone (which I gave them when I made the appointment). Who has the nerve to show up at a prospective customers house 30 minutes before a schedule appointment and not even wait around until the scheduled appointment is supposed to start. This is not only unprofessional but evidences a sincere lack of respect for your customers. I would strongly suggest that you think twice before using this company.
