Of all the firms we interviewed, Infinity Exteriors was the best at being the most thorough during the quoting process, going over all details without requiring that they first be awarded the job or be given any sign that they are a finalist. During the quoting process, Jake did an excellent job identifying, on his own, special roof and gutter design issues with our home, the kind of detail that the other firms did not notice. "The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

He seemed to really care about my house, Unlike most roofing contractors who just try to make a quick sale. The install was a one day install for my 3300 sf roof. They also did an amazing job with there clean up process. I didn’t find a single nail in my yard unlike the last roof I got installed 14 years ago.
