He gave them a deposit, the contract stated installation would take place between March 28th and April 14th of this year. It was made clear, verbally and in subsequent texts, the work had to be completed before July 2025 because the township would be paving the road in front of my father house. The paving was completed in July, there is now a 5 year moratorium on any road openings. Since work outlined in the contract was never completed, we have requested multiple times since July to return the deposit and they are no longer responding. "
