"Other than promises made by the sales person that weren?t done, we?ve had a few issues after install. One of the shower doors has a gap on the bottom causing water leakage on floor. The grab bar shelf protrudes out making the space too narrow. My elbows hit into the shelf and bar on the shower door when showering. Floor was installed with no new threshold or mounding which were we told by salesperson that everything will be replaced."

They installed a vinyl floor in our den, added new molding, did some dry wall work and painting throughout our house. They leveled our uneven floors, remodeled our bathroom and installed ceramic tile flooring throughout our house. They also installed a barn door for our laundry room. And we couldn’t be happier with everything they did. We get so many compliments on how great the floors came out and how nice everything looks. Sal’s crew work hard and all day just to finish the job in a timely manner. We wish we had more money to do a few more projects because we would’ve loved for them to do more. "We had a major overhaul of our kitchen. Door openings closed up, new lighting installed in our ceiling, lots of electrical outlets, lighting in our cabinets, gas line moved and plumbing moved from the outside wall to the middle of the kitchen. Tom and his crew were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable, thorough, patient (with all of my nonsensical questions every 10 minutes), fair and honest. They were very professional yet friendly and down to earth. The perfect blend especially since they are going to be in and out of your house when you're there and when you're not. "I tried to contract with them for the work but we ran into a snag.  The work i was looking for was a) remove full wall mirrors and repair or replace the walls so they can be painted b) billed a wall and install pocket doors to close off a room, c) put up a bannister and railing system.
We had a contract and the price was reasonable.  I was to supply the pocket doors and the railings, bannister, ballusters and newel posts for the railing system.
The owner of the company rejected the deal that the salesman and i agreed to.  He wanted to supply the railings, ballusters etc.  OK, i said that was fine so send me a new contract.  The new contract came in $2K higher than the first to reflect the additional materials.  The only problem was that the materials only cost $1K at full retail from Lowes.  At $1K or $1300 he should have been ahead and i would have paid a few hundred more but not double!
I tried and tried to reconcile the difference and got zero response from the company so i just went with the other company that quoted.  I am confident their work would have been first rate but wasn't going to be coerced into paying $2K for $1K worth of materials.  Nonetheless, i would have them back to quote any other work."

The job was scheduled for the very next morning! The installers were on time, friendly and cleaned up the areas. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. Interest-free financing was a huge selling point. Very good experience!."
