We have been asking whole picture of ventilator but instead of handful or hidden parts until they done with job that shocked us that ventilator indeed is bad shape & the ins adjuster was right all along.. cleaver Roof Pro salesman tell us the botched shingle tar job was done before they do the job but we saw the earlier picture of the exact location was not even touch at all.. they refused to fix it & demand the money right away.. that is absoutely elder & handicapped abusing.. the NC DOJ would love to hear that!
