"Had a great experience with Americo, they installed a new split rail fence and gate at our new home. I received several other bids and found Americo to be the most reasonably priced and had good reviews. Marco and his crew were there on the appointed dates and did a great job. Our new fence is lined up perfectly along our property lines. They removed all excess materials and debris from our yard. Our neighbors across the way were so impressed they also used them for their new fence. Americo does not perform any staining or weather treatment so we have to make other arrangements for this but all in all they do a great job at a very reasonable price compared to their competitors."

"My fence is stunning, and Juan did a fantastic job. His crew showed up when he said they would. They worked very hard and were very kind. I had three contractors bid on the job; they were much higher than Juan, required 50%, and were not as responsive. "Ben and his crew were an answer to prayer. We were a little anxious about hiring a contractor since we were new to CO and didn't have any experience with contractors here. Our fears were calmed when Ben came out to give us an estimate. Most of the work was done in the Master Bath where he replaced carpet with tile, replaced the tile in the shower and around the tub and removed the tile on the vanities. He installed a frameless shower, a heated floor, heated towel rack and chandelier as well as all new fixtures. In the basement he built a wall with a closet and added a door to an area that we made into a bedroom. He is a very good communicator and makes sure we know what they will be doing each day. As well as doing excellent work, Ben is a man full of integrity and honesty, two things that are important in a contractor. His crew arrived promptly at 8 am and worked all day each day. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up after themselves each day before they left. If I had a concern about anything, Ben was quick to make it right. He answered my calls and texts promptly. The whole remodel took about 6 weeks with time off during Christmas. We would definitely use AAA Construction again."

"I am a detail person and learned a few tips during my fence experience. 1) When you get the quote, make certain it is accurate. The initial quote forgot the second gate. After one email, this was resolved. 2) When you receive your confirmation email, you will receive an order number. Anytime you call or email Split Rail Fence, leave your Name, Phone Number, Address and Order Number. That will help get you to the right person. 3) They said it would take about 4 weeks to begin. Not an issue. 4) Three weeks out, I called and they assigned me an exact date for tearing out the old fence and setting the posts for the new fence. Keep in mind, your yard is exposed. I put all of my outdoor furniture in the garage. I also bought that orange plastic fencing and the guys helped put up the orange plastic as a temporary barrier. The posts need to set-up in the concrete for 3-7 days depending on weather. Mine took 5 days. 5) They came back and completed the fence in one day. They did a great job. 6) If you think Trex is expensive, let me make a couple of points: A) You have no maintenance with Trex. B) you do not have to stain Trex. C) The Trex fence is finished on both sides. If you take a cedar fence and ask for it to be finished on both sides, the cost almost doubles. D) Trex is a composite and will not rot. E) You do not get splinters with Trex. F) Trex is reinforced with metal inserts in the posts, bottom track and top track. I am not a Trex salesperson. I am a professor who did a lot of research on Trex versus cedar. At first, I thought cedar would be a lower cost. However, after deciding I wanted both sides finished, with no maintenance and plan to be in this home for a long time, I believe my overall cost is lower with Trex while the initial cost may be higher."

The fence they erected is solid and exactly what they said they would do. We had some trees and other obstacles that they effectively navigated. Tom Boline communicated effectively. "Great! We had Dixon's help with two different projects. The first was a broken water pipe in basement with dry wall repair. David came out during the Covid stay-at-home order but with a broken water pipe it had to be fixed. The second job, we needed a new entry front door. Dixon's were very helpful with helping me find the right leaded glass that I wanted. Ordering things online and not being able to see exactly what you are getting is very hard. David was able to assist me with that. Both David and Cory were very professional and did a great job. With both projects, David explained exactly what was wrong and needed to be fixed at each step of the project/s. The best thing is that they do the work themselves - no subcontracting.
