"Multiple neighbors have had Armando build their retaining walls. He gave us a well priced bid for brick repair and tuckpointing. He promptly added us to his schedule in order to coordinate with our roofing project. Armando and his crew removed damaged brick from our 100 yr old garage and replaced them with matching materials. They also did tuckpointing on the garage and house. Armando and I did a walk through and he addressed all the areas that I pointed out as being of concern. The work looks Great! We intend to have him back out to rebuild our front entrance steps."

"Had a large existing paver patio removed and underlying concrete pad, which was previously put in by DMX landscape just horrible!!! DMX put in 3 other patios in my neighborhood and all four (4) of us had them tore out and redone, I wouldnâ t hire DMX to walk my dog!!! ***I contacted Giovanni with Denver Landscape and his crew lead by Fabian did an outstanding butt busting intensive labor job to demolish & carry out numerous wheel barrels of sand and concrete! They then brought in road base and compacted going over it several times, the put in the new extra large pavers and it is beautiful! This new patio will be here for a life time it is and has a perfect grade for draining!!!!! The lead man on the job (Fabian) was pleasant, communicated from beginning to end of the job, everyday they cleaned up put everything away before they left the job. They worked diligently everyday except Sunday to complete the job. Owner Giovanni was always available returned my texts/calls immediately anytime I had a question. Denver Landscape put in my next door neighbors patio 2 years ago and they did a fantastic job. I recommended DL to my daughter last year and they did a huge patio for her and did a fantastic job there too! *** This is why I hired them a few weeks ago to do mine, honestly if you want the job done efficiently and correctly you should hire them or take your chances going elsewhere and then call Giovanni to come fix the mess the other company does for you! "Manny did an excellent job! We hired him to remove an old and failing railroad tie retaining wall that held in a dilapidated and uneven concrete stone patio. Complicating the matter were four 6 x 6 columns which were enclosed by the failing rail road tie retaining wall which supported our entire deck above the patio. His team's careful planning and execution turned our eye sore of a patio into a beautiful allen stone block retaining wall with pavers installed on top to serve as a patio. He also installed Allen block stairs which wrapped the patio all the way to the front of our house. He offered a very competitive price compared to other bids and delivered a superior product. His crew always showed up when expected and on time. He was very accommodating with requests as the project continued from demo to finishing touches and there were no unexpected costs. His experience really showed through in the advice he gave, which was very appreciated as this was the biggest home project we've undertaken. We look forward to hiring Manny and his team for future projects!"

"We had a large pad poured in prep for a swim spa pool/tub and shed. The total size is 10' x 28' in two levels with a yard that slopes. The job was impeccable, completed promptly, and having received the pool (which weighs 39000 lbs) the pad took the load without a single crack. The prepped the side, wheelbarrowed the concrete in (so no concrete pump mess in the street), and cleaned up after themselves. We had the work done while we were out of town, and they put it in and left the yard in better shape than when they started. Very impressed. 10/10, will use again."
