"We recently bought a new home and were daunted by the amount of landscaping that needed to be done. The place was literally a disaster. After a lot of online research, I reached out to Henry at NLD for a consultation. He responded promptly and came out quickly for the quote, and it was clear he knew what he was doing. The quote was very fair for the work to be done, which included all new sod, pouring a large concrete patio, planting new trees, bushes, and flowers, and cleaning or bringing in several tons of rock mulch. Henry’s team was prompt, courteous, and on time each day. The work was high quality and done very quickly. Overall, our yard went from unusable to our favorite place to spend time within a couple weeks. We couldn’t recommend Henry and his team more!"

"Empire did an excellent job repairing, sanding and sealing our back porch pavers. They were extremely professional, provided superior service and claen-up. Porch looks like new. Price of work was very competitive. Highly recommend contacting supervisor Rich at Empire, very professional."

"I highly recommend Centennial Landscaping. I hired them to build a paver patio and do yard edging. Larry was very prompt with his estimate, and it was a competitive price. He is very easy to communicate with, listens and offers suggestions. And, he followed the project's progress daily. The crew was outstanding. They showed up every day by 8 a.m. and worked until 6 p.m. They were very friendly, professional and respectful of my property. At the end of the project, they did a great job cleaning up. Diego is an expert with pavers. The patio he built is beautiful. From the estimate to the completion of the project I couldn't have been more pleased with this company. If I need any landscaping in the future, I will definitely call Centennial."

"We moved into a new build and had to landscape a backyard from scratch. We got several quotes and Sigi and his team stood out to us. For one, Sigi showed up personally to help us out and walk us through the process; every single time. You would be surprised how many contractors simply don't bother to return calls or show up! Sig worked with our budget and followed up after the sod install to make sure the sprinklers were set correctly. He and his team even helped us unload trees even though it was not part of their job, and cleaned up the dirt afterwards. It's the little things that matter; and MG got all of the little things right."

"We are thrilled with the work Miguel did for us -- tear out overgrown shrubs and rotten fencing, put in new fence, create a flagstone path and dry creek bed under a tree where nothing would grow, beautiful mulch everywhere. Have never hired a landscaper before and unable to get other bids, so it seemed expensive but we're not complaining. Miguel was great to work with, friendly, accommodating, with good suggestions and a can-do attitude."

"We hired Brothers to perform a full remodel/landscaping and transformation of our backyard, which included demo of concrete/flagstone and regrading the yard, installing a new brick/stone outdoor kitchen and separate brick fire pit (with gas lines for both), waterfall, fencing, a new brick and metal balcony and staircase off back of house, electrical work, several planters, and an astro turf dog relief area. Our existing built in flower gardens were cleaned up, replanted, and given a new stone topper to compliment the yard. Work also included large installation of complicated pavers and grass turf throughout our front and back yard. This was no simple project, but from beginning to end Brothers Landscaping provided great service. I cannot say enough good things about the the Brothers team, Carlos, Karla, Juan Carlos (superintendent) and all of the workers at our site. The effort put in to making sure we were happy with the services and work received was blue ribbon! We could not be be more thankful for Brothers absolute dedication to make sure we were happy with the work. I also witnessed Brother decide to redo portions of the work I was happy with because it did not meet his standards! Hire Brothers and you won't be disappointed!"

Customers say: Super punctual

"Our project was quite large and turned out amazing! We removed our old deck and replaced it with an amazing stamped concrete patio, replaced the driveway with an added parking pad, and put in new fencing with gates. Gabe and his team did a great job in a timely manner, showing up to work hard until it was completed. Everyone that was on the project was always very nice and professional. Gabe’s communication and vision was impeccable walking us through every step and helping us see the potential of our new space. He is very receptive to any concerns and responded quickly with a solution to make sure everything was done exactly the way we envisioned."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Highlands Ranch, CO

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
