"Gothic completed multi-faceted work including removal of chimney, replace framing and roofing along with building a new gas fireplace bump out where the old chimney was. After removal and disposal of the old brick and block chimney Gothic replaced water damaged structural members, replaced sheathing on both the wall and roof and framed and sheathed a new gas fireplace insert bump out. Gothic resided the new bump out matching the old vinyl siding perfectly, installed asphalt shingles on the repaired roof section, again matching the old work perfectly. All work was permitted and passed inspection with no issues, and they removed all the construction debris and cleaned the area such that I had no cleanup to do. I will be hiring them again for future work."

"Water damage from behind patio flashing caused a full replacement of 20 fr of sill plate, sheathing and concrete replacement with correct slope to ensure water drains away from home. Sam and his crew did an excellent job - arrived on time and finished with quality product. House needed to lifted to remove sill plates and it was done professionally. Concrete placement was done with high strength concrete and rubberized flashing used on all pressure treated wood that was replaced. Galvanized nails and screws were used with pressure treated wood. And all cement shingles were replaced and sealed. Long days and quality work at a fair price. Home is now secure from water damage for the future."

This was a small job and I was pleased to have Gregory work it into his schedule. Both repairs required a 40' ladder as they were about 2 1/2 to 3 stories up. "The initial call to the company was facilitated by Shirley, who was very nice, professional and helped to schedule a date and time we could be home for Carlos, who provided the evaluation of our existing roof, gutter and skylight. He provided paperwork, the estimate and honored our desire to read the contract and discuss our options after he left.  He did not hassle or push for us to accept and sign the contract. Carlos was professional, prompt and thorough. During the evaluation he was sure to make the measurements to the roof and skylight so the estimate would be as accurate as could be.  Carlos answered all questions our discussions, and during the phone calls to confirm the roof and gutter replacement.  On the day of the service, for some reason the battery lost its charge, and I was not able to move the car.  The crew led by Sandy was kind, considerate and covered the car with their tarp. They told me that "it's okay", (after I apologized over and over). Although not directly in their way, they still had to make sure none of the shingles, supplies or the Equipter hit the car. All members of the crew tolerated my questions periodically throughout the day, and were very polite while providing a brief explanation of what they were doing. All members of the crew knew their assignment, and worked throughout the entire day, with the exception of their lunch break. Carlos came to the house, went on the roof, and checked on the progress. The roof looks great, the gutters/downspout are great and the skylight replacement provides us with the new and fresh view.  The shed roof has new and fresh look, with the old tattered shingles and damaged deck boards replacement. Carlos said he was present when the old gutters were removed so he could confirm if the soffit boards would require replacement. I told him beforehand to replace the wood if it was bad or rotted.  Following the completion of the entire project, Carlos came to the house to be able to see the gutter that I inquired about during a follow up phone call. When I returned home from work that day, the tiny adjustment was made to our satisfaction.  Financing was also made available to us if we needed it.
