"On Friday, February 18, I called another company first, but only got their answering machine. Immediately after that call, I called Structure Dry. From the minute I spoke with Colleen, I knew I was in good hands. I was very nervous and anxious about having found what I thought might be mold. Colleen was very professional and assured me that Jim would be out the next day (Saturday) to evaluate the situation. Jim was on time (in fact, a little early, which was great with me!). He examined the area and determined that it was mold. He examained the whole condo and determined that it was contained to an area on the carpet in front of my balcony door. He was glad to answer questions and his reassuring manner calmed my nerves. His crew of 2 men arrived right on time Monday and performed all the services.
