"First never let someone do a new concrete floor when the temp is 103 degrees and wheelbarrow the concrete into the back yard area. It gets out of hand fast. Then you have to pay for grindings to get a flat new floor area in my remodel. I had to pay for 3, the first took 2 tries and 3 days. The first 2 were not good enough and I was at the end of my rope with requests, patience and dust. I decided to try Angie's list and won.
