So they came back out and switched out the gasket which they hadn't done with the initial rebuild. This required a little extra work of draining the tank which hadn't been done the first time. The toilet was running again within days, They came back out and replaced the tower with a higher quality one at no additional charge. It's been a couple weeks now and the toilet seems good now. My biggest gripe is that they cut corners with the toilet rebuild (skipping gasket replace first time) yet upon speaking to the owner Al, I should be happy because they have a warranty. Another thing to be aware of is that they need to replace everything with their own parts all around to guarantee their work. Don't expect them to just change out one broken part. Our toilet innards had been replaced several times in the past 2 years but we had to do it all again with Al's."
