"We hired Glenn and his team for our backyard which badly needed design and landscaping. Glenn did an amazing job. My husband and I were so happy with his work, we decided to call him back to overhaul the front yard (which we had not planned to tackle just yet). Glenn is very honest and candid which we appreciated- while he will listen to what you want, he’s going to tell you if its not going to work. He’s extremely knowledgeable and is eager to share his knowledge with his customers. Glenn and is entire team were trustworthy and professional- I’d recommend him highly."

Jessica came and assessed our yard, and listened to our requests and designed a rendering that presented a vision for our space. She selected plants and materials based on our preferences. She was very easy to communicate with and stuck to our budget. When it was time for installation, Troy, Adam & Danny showed up on time and were very professional. We got new sod installed, and realized how important it was to have irrigation professionals on hand to make sure all of our sprinklers were functional. We couldn’t be more pleased with the finished result. It’s like we have a whole new yard to enjoy. We would 100% recommend Hickory Creek to anyone needing plants or landscaping assistance."

"Called for septic pumping. Company was late for first time frame. Have a later time and missed that one as well showed up an hr and a half later. No greeting when they arrived, just jumped out and started dragging hoses to the tanks. Tanks were already opened by us. No discount for opening tanks. Upon finishing they had no cement to seal the lids( they ran out). While dragging hoses back to truck they leaked sewage out of every hose(black and very noticeable) when I asked if they had some lime to spread over the spills they said they ran out of that as well. Lime and cement are required by the Health Department on all septic trucks. This review in no way means I would not use this company again, only that this company should take the time to train their employees how to properly represent the company."

"Alan and Jimmy did a fantastic job with our new patio and the expansion of our driveway. They were extremely friendly and professional. We weren't quite sure show we wanted to do the fire pit portion so we left the creativity up to Alan and it looks amazing. Better than we imagined it. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be using their services again."

"By far the worst contractor I have ever used in Jacksonvile. On a $40K+ project at my house they only had a Foreman who coud speak Englsh at my house for one hour during the entire two week project. They under-quoted to finish my grill wall, and quite honestyly their management leaves a lot to be desired. "Buyer Beware!""

"I found NiteLites based on their Angie's rating. I was initially concerned that Nitelites seemed like a big company focused on larger, more involved installations and that they would not be that interested in my small additions. But I called NiteLites anyway and found it easy to make a quick appointment for early the next week. The appointment took place exactly as scheduled and included plenty of time to discuss options and ideas. The final plan was a combination of my ideas and NiteLites experience and expertise. I was ready to schedule the additions for the near future but my sales rep explained that he could do the work immediately. We then discussed the warranty and support program that would be included in my installation. We also agreed on the a price and a few hours later we were testing the new lights and the system overall. As expected all worked perfectly. I generally wait a couple of weeks to write my reviews so anything new can be tested out over a longer period of time and I am happy to report that there have been no problems with my lights. I am now thinking of what else I might have NiteLites add to my system."
