"Window Genie, owned/manged by Dragan, conducted a very poor job overall cleaning our house. The first time they came out, they splatter bleach over my cedar shakes that looks terrible, had to come back to stain them. Destroyed my plants by trampling all over them. Dragan sent out inexperience workers who were clearly poorly trained, and then sent them back out again to resolve the poor job they did only to send out another crew back to fix what the first crew did not - three times they have come out and they were even worse! They chipped paint along by balcony by dragging their hoses across it. WORSE pressure washing company I have every hired, which I will never do again. Buyer Beware!"

"The work originally looked good but within one year (supposedly one year labor warranty) gutter pulled away from the house. After calling and emailing for about a week they finally showed up (did not alert us that they were there) and when I noticed them they were already getting back in their truck. (Did not see any ladder with them in order to look into the gutter.) I went outside to catch them before they left and the gentleman told me it was the weight of the leaves in the gutter that pulled it down - and that they would fix it but not for free sInce it was our fault that we hadn't kept our gutters cleaned out. They would charge $250 to come back to reattach it. I hired someone else because $250 seemed too high and I was told and have photos to show that there were absolutely NO leaves in the gutter. Gutter Masters apparently did not bother to look and/or just didn't want to repair their work. I had been leaving messages and emails all week after that and have gotten no response to either method of communication. Would definitely NOT use them again as they do not stand up for their workmanship. It ended up costing only $25 to get it reattached by someone else and it took 15 minutes. They could have kept a customer if one of them would have grabbed a screwdriver from their truck."
