During the install of our deck, we learned Renewit also provides floor refinishing, which we have been meaning to have done, but have been putting off for one reason or another-we decided to go ahead and have our living room refinished. It turned out absolutely stunning and wish we would have done it sooner! "The project itself was great, after having our deposit for over two months and not returning our repeated attempts to contact the owner for a start date. I emailed him to tell him we would like our deposit back and that we would be in town soon, I receive a message that the work is done but they backed into my porch! They made arrangements to repair the porch, steps and a post had to be replaced, but could not tell me when it would be painted. I told them we would do it ourselves. When the owner came to collect on the job he only agreed to a 2% discount for all of our grief. The excuse was accidents happen, and when I asked if it was not standard practice to have a spotter for the truck driver he said no."
