I never felt pressured to spend more then necessary.  In fact, he seemed to take pride in doing the job well and at the least expense to me. </p> <p>As far as the cost goes it seemed fair to me.  The fan motor was the initial problem and it was replaced with new.  With my approval he up-dated several other aging components, the high dollar filter was changed, and he cleaned the unit thoroughly.  It had been 5+ years since it was serviced and it is now in top condition.  </p> <p>We all are looking for a business we can trust and I believe I have found one here.  I won't bother looking further in the future.  This is a good, local, family business with a long history in the area.  They take pride in their work and name, and that's as good as it gets.</p> <br />"
