"Prior to contracting with Doerrfeld Solutions, we asked for three estimates for the work to be done.  We have twelve units in our association, and all needed to be power washed and stained. Jon of Doerrfeld solutions not only came back with the lowest estimate, he was the only person to notice that some of the units needed to have wood replaced and/or to have screen doors repaired. As we did the initial walk through of the units, I (the secretary of the association and the person in charge of getting the job done) asked him to include the repairs in his estimate.  So, not only was the estimate lower, but it also included repairs that the other two did not. <br /> The work was done professionally.  Jon was great at responding when I sent him an email or called to touch base and get additional information.
