Our new aluminum (wrought iron looking) fence is beautiful, meets all city and county requirements for a pool fence, and was installed in a couple of days. They always were prompt returning messages and showed up exactly when they said they would! They worked with us when we had to push back installation repeatedly due to delays in the pool construction and even came back a third day to install the last gate to ensure we could get our driveway poured first. He explained the product and installation thoroughly, and provided specific recommendations on how to ensure effectiveness. The installation was scheduled within days of meeting the owner for consultation and pricing. When it came to training our pets on how to use the invisible fence, the owner and trainer incorporated our current training methods into their recommendations to assist our pets with learning the fence quickly. "Paul did a very good job. Communication was good to arrange a time to make an estimate. He gave me a written estimate for the work to be done. He repaired a section of chain link fence that had been damaged by a fallen tree. He and his helper also repaired a broken double-door gate on a section of 6' foot wooden fencing. They were very diligent in making sure the gate doors were repaired correctly. They also adjusted another gate door at no additional cost. I-Rok did a very good job and I highly recommend them. <br />"

"There are no words to describe the staff, the workers and the quality of the fencing installed less than great!!! It started with Anthony, and me changing my mind about 3-4 times in which he never hesitated to update me on the new cost it would be, always in a friendly and professional manner. I added some xtra features hoping they would " get it" and understand and apparently they did! The fence turned out even better than I expected. Absolutely beautiful! Also, a must for me was using at least a #2 grade lumber which was standard for them anyway. Totally satisfied, need more work done and these guys will be the ones doing it no questions asked.
