"More Like Eastern 1/3 of your lawn Maintenance! I watched my service provider on Ring cameras perform service on 3,600 square feet and ignore the front and side lawns, 6,200 square feet. But my bill reflected 10,000 square feet of service. When I called to question this, they didn't seem to care and I canceled my account. Then I got a p*****-off call from the guy who serviced my lawn (which I did not request), trying to justify the lack of work done on my property. I am still waiting on a call from the 'office manager' about making this right, but I doubt that will come. Attached is an image from the untreated portion of the property, that was nice green grass a year ago (and 1,500 bucks ago) and now it's not doing so well, I wonder what it would have looked like had it been properly serviced!!!"

They lie, do sloppy work, and then have the audacity to yell at me and call me names when I try to talk to them about it. They accused me and others of yelling at their crew members, but that's not true. I have everything recorded, and I'm going to share it with the HOA and other communities in the area so everyone knows what they're like. I suggest that if anyone looks for a company to do lawn care... look elsewhere."
